Black SSR Handles
In 2007, we introduced six knives with the new Stainless Steel Resin (SSR) handle. The black SSR handle is the same size, shape and weight as our traditional Brushed Aluminum handle (and has the same blade steel too). The black SSR handles were developed for improved performance in automatic dishwashers. This year we have added thirteen knives and eleven gift sets with the black SSR handles.
